At Shree Dauji Jewels, every product is crafted with care and authenticity. We follow strict quality checks to ensure you receive only BIS-hallmarked jewelry and MMTC-certified coins. Since jewelry is a high-value and delicate category, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer trust with product authenticity and safety.

1 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products once sold are not returnable, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Authenticity concern regarding BIS hallmarking or MMTC certification.

Important: Any request for return/exchange must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The product must be in unused, original condition with:

  • Original invoice.
  • Packaging, tags, and certificates intact.

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry (special orders, engraved pieces, size modifications).
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Earrings, nose pins, and body jewelry (due to hygiene reasons).

3 Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, the item will undergo quality inspection at our end.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method used.
  • Refunds will be for the product value only. Making charges, GST, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In case of exchanges, the new product will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4 Shipping & Return Logistics

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us.
  • Shree Dauji Jewels will not be liable for products lost or damaged during return transit.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.

5 Important Notes

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or third-party delays.
  • Any promotional offers, free gifts, or vouchers used during the purchase will be adjusted in the refund.
